The mother of an autistic girl who was raped and murdered is suing Joe's regime [VIDEOS]

In a heartbreaking incident that has shaken the nation, a devastated mother, Tammy Nobles, has filed a $100 million lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), holding them responsible for the tragic death of her 20-year-old daughter. years. , Kayla Hamilton. Hamilton was allegedly raped and killed by a teenage member of the MS-13 gang in El Salvador. The lawsuit accuses the federal government of playing “Russian roulette with our lives” and blames authorities for failing to stop the suspect from entering the country.

Nobles argues that both DHS and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) failed her daughter by allowing the undocumented migrant to enter the United States without proper identity verification. Testifying before the House panel conducting an impeachment inquiry into Alejandro Mayorkas, Nobles, along with another grieving mother, are calling for justice and stronger enforcement of federal immigration laws.

“For me, this is not a political issue; it's a security issue for everyone who lives in the United States,” Nobles emotionally shared with the House Homeland Security Committee. “This could have been anybody's daughter. I don't want any other parent to go through the nightmare I'm going through. Now I am their voice and I will fight with everything I have to tell their story and bring awareness to the issue at the border.”

Days later, Nobles and his attorney, Brian Claypool, spoke in an interview with NewsNation, shedding light on their quest for justice through the lawsuit. Nobles expressed frustration, stating, “No one at the border did their job and checked their background.” She strongly believes that if the suspect had been properly screened, his MS-13 gang affiliation would have been revealed, preventing the tragic loss of her daughter's life.

The horrific incident took place on July 27, 2022 in Frederick, Maryland. Hamilton was raped and strangled to death inside her own trailer, which she shared with the suspect, who allegedly sublet the property to another undocumented migrant. The suspect was arrested in January 2023 after authorities matched his DNA with crime scene evidence. He now faces charges of first-degree murder, rape and robbery, with a trial scheduled for June 28.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) later confirmed that the suspect, a 17-year-old from El Salvador, was associated with the notorious Mara Salvatrucha gang, also known as MS-13. Nobles and Claypool argue that the teenager should never have been allowed into the country, highlighting the Department of Homeland Security's failure to follow proper protocols.

“We are filing this lawsuit because we are tired of being held hostage in our own country,” Claypool proclaimed during the interview. Express dissatisfaction with DHS negligence and demand accountability. Claypool stresses, “All they had to do was follow their own protocol: lift the T-change of the 16-year-old trying to enter the border. [and] they would have seen a band-related tattoo. And guess what? This would have disqualified him from entering this country. He should have been sent back at that very moment to El Salvador.”

Additionally, Claypool points to the Department of Health and Human Services' responsibility for allowing the suspect to enter a holding facility without confirming his verified sponsor, a family member with a known and verified identity. Their negligence, according to Claypool, caused the suspect to escape and eventually reside with Hamilton in the trailer where the tragedy occurred.

The Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services were approached for comment on the matter, but have yet to respond.

This tragic case has further inflamed the concerns of the Republican-led House Judiciary Committee about the open borders policy of the Biden regime. In a recently released report, the Committee highlights the administration's failure to implement the necessary screening and enforcement measures to protect American citizens from dangerous criminals and gang members.

The report says: “The sad fact is that DHS Secretary Mayorkas and the Biden Administration have failed to implement basic screening and verification measures, such as checking with law enforcement officials in an alien's home country , to make sure those entering the U.S. are not dangerous criminals or known gang members.”

The House Judiciary Committee warns of the risks posed by open border policies, stating: “The Biden Administration's open border policies have created vulnerabilities that criminal aliens and gang members exploit to the detriment of Northern citizens. Americans”.

The tragic and preventable killing of Kayla Hamilton serves as a reminder of the urgent need for strong border security and adequate vetting procedures to safeguard the lives of American citizens.

As the lawsuit moves forward, conservative voices are calling for accountability, hoping this case will spark the crucial changes needed to prevent such heartbreaking incidents in the future.
