The House lawmaker is back calling Kamala “DEI's rent” even if it is true

After championing diversity, equity and inclusive hiring over real competition for years, Democrats and the media now cry racism when anyone suggests that Vice President Kamala Harris is only where she is because of of GOD

The hypersensitivity to calling a spade when it comes to the presumptive Democratic nominee has led to wild backlash from the left who have vilified Republicans for daring to point out that the veep has benefited more from skin color and gender than their work performance.

One of them is Tim Burchett (R-TN) who again said that Harris is a “DEI hire” but also stuck to his guns which is the truth.

The Volunteer State Republican drew a sharp blowback when he suggested to CNN's Manu Raju that Harris was only named as Joe Biden's running mate because of her race and reproductive organs.

Burchett addressed the controversy during an appearance Wednesday on “The Laura Coates Show” on SiriusXM, explaining that he is not the racist he has been made out to be.

“When you explain to people that this was in fact a statement that the president had made and that was one of his criteria for putting it up for a vote with him, then people get it … and actually the members of Congress, both parties, have said Look, yes, we understand, but this is what we have to do because this is what our base and our leadership are demanding. So I wish I had said that? No, but it was the truth,” he was quoted as saying by a left-wing website.

“I'm not a racist and that's being interpreted, and I would just ask people to look at my record, and you know, you're not going to know what's in my heart, but that's the furthest thing from my mind.” tell the host “I just want them to bring in the best players. “It was a heated meeting about the director of the Secret Service, and actually … they asked me about her and I kept saying she was a terrible hire, which she was,” Burchett explained, “and she ended up resigning in disgrace, and then you know, then the CNN reporter got stuck on the part about the vice president.”

Democrats have reacted with their standard game of the race card when anyone dares to suggest that DEI has been a factor in the hiring and promotions, especially when it comes to the obviously incompetent Harris.

Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-FL), who himself has benefited greatly from DEI, told CNN that only the white supremacist code speaks for a more inflammatory racial slur.
