The electoral collusion of the Biden regime was demonstrated in Guatemala

The US State Department (DOS) and the Joe Biden regime have done this aggressively deleted the truth and the lies spread to install theirs communist puppet Bernardo Arévalo as president of Guatemala. The Electoral Authority (TSE) committed fraud in the 2023 elections, as documented by the Guatemalan Attorney General's Office (PGO), while coordinating with US officials.

On December 8 PGO report shows recruitment of partisan computer operators, legally unsupported votes and reports of early votes. These findings challenge the leadership of the US House of Representatives to investigate the involvement of the Joe Biden regime and the Department of State (DOS) in the fraud. An investigation would add to congressional efforts to expose our government's weaponization.

TWO staff conspired with the TSE magistrates before the June 25 elections. Dark horse candidate Arévalo qualified for the August 20 runoff with 12 percent of the vote, after not receiving more than 3 percent support in any poll. His Semilla party did not win any of the 340 municipal elections, an unprecedented anomaly.

DOS and the Biden regime waged an information war against the Guatemalans: talking points spread by corrupt media and agents to trick the people into believing the result was legitimate. DOS and the Biden regime pressured government officials and private sector organizations to remove Attorney General Consuelo Porras and accept Arévalo as president-elect.

The law required Porras and the PGO to investigate more than 1,000 allegations of electoral crimes. Semilla asked the justice to order the PGO not to interfere in electoral matters, as the DOS and the Biden regime had alleged. The Constitutional Court, however, ordered the PGO to continue investigating and to communicate the results to all competent bodies.

The House Foreign Affairs Committee (HFAC) echoed DOS's false accusation of PGO election interference in a July 14 event. Press release. HFAC President Michael McCaul also urged the Biden regime to sanction allegedly corrupt actors.

Five days later, TWO mined the law enforcement capacity of the PGO by sanctioning a prosecutor without foundation. The PGO counteracted with a Sept. 12 letter to HFAC detailing DOS's crimes, including the prosecutor's arbitrary sanction.

Biden and DOS officials took over Guatemala's justice system in 2016. After the damage to the country and despite pressure from the Biden regime, Guatemalan officials in 2021 named high court magistrates not controlled by DOS. This freed Porras to prosecute prosecutors and judges who had executed the criminal agenda of DOS officials. This led DOS to sanction Porras.

When Porras' term expired in 2022, DOS openly and illegally but without success intervened to avoid his reelection. This intrusion generated numerous inquiries in Congress. However, DOS did not respond because lying to Congress is a crime and telling the truth would attract unwanted attention.

HFAC has ignored many reasons to investigate DOS criminality. Only the contradiction between his accusations against the PGO and the PGO's response on September 12 is a reason for investigation.

The Department of Justice on March 16 praised Compliance with Guatemalan law for unprecedented cooperation in the matter of extraditions of human traffickers. This contrasts with Porras' DOS conviction, since only the PGO can request extraditions.

The DOS has prepared everyone to believe that the PGO is corrupt and has no jurisdiction over electoral matters. This is false, but the Biden regime wants people to believe their lies instead of seeking the truth.

The PGO election fraud report along with the HFAC's inaction should prompt House leadership to investigate and expose the Biden regime and the weaponization of our government abroad: supporting our adversaries and attacking our allies. DOS puppet Arévalo is part of the Puebla socialist group that supports Iran, Hamas and the Chinese Communist Party.

The next legal step for Guatemala is to annul the presidential election. The TSE will decide and the high court will have the last word. The law is clear.

As at home, the Biden regime abroad has no regard for the law and contempt for Congress. DOS's de facto exemption from congressional oversight has made it arrogant and out of control.

FROM acts in other places as it has done in Guatemala. Investigations into the criminality of his regime and the Biden regime abroad would yield similar stories from other countries.

Past and present DOS officials, those not part of this criminality, would testify if credible investigations and hearings were held. The same applies to security agency personnel who have information about DOS crimes but have had no reasonable way to come forward.

Unlike the Justice Department, which can claim “ongoing investigations” as an excuse in order to stand up to Congress, DOS has no such pretext. Seeing an atrocious Biden regime and DOS criminality will complement and enhance the Ways and Means Oversight Committee, Judiciary, and domestic weaponry exposés of the federal government.

This will help pave the way to restructure the federal bureaucracy and change how it works, a necessity for a pro-American government starting in 2025. A courageous, law-abiding Guatemalan attorney general has given us an example of what they can do. do truth and principles. to restore our freedom. We need such an attorney general in America.
