Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has won a significant victory in the battle to secure the nation's southern border, forcing the Biden administration to meet its obligation to use funds intended to build a barrier.
🚨BREAKING: I got a court order binding the border czar @KamalaHarris i @JoeBiden to finish President Trump's border wall.
They decided NOT to appeal, making our victory FINAL.
The rest of President Trump's border wall is going up because of this demand.

Attorney General Bailey took legal action against the administration, highlighting its failure to comply with a crucial mandate enacted by Congress.
“The Biden Administration has broken the law to finish building a wall along the southwest border,” Attorney General Bailey said, underscoring the administration's refusal to fulfill its constitutional duties.
This legal victory marks a key moment in the ongoing effort to strengthen our nation's border amid pressing challenges.
The legal basis for the action is in a relevant provision passed by Congress in fiscal year 2020, which explicitly stipulates the allocation of $1.4 billion for the construction of barrier systems along the southern border.
However, the Biden administration blatantly ignored this directive, stating its opposition to the construction of a wall and expressing a clear intention to end the expansion of the wall.
When asked about the administration's failure to comply with the mandated barrier, a spokesman stated that “it is not the policy of this administration,” doubling down on its refusal to comply.
In addition, the administration went so far as to call for the cancellation of the remaining funding for the border wall, seeking to circumvent the legislative authority of Congress.
Undeterred by the administration's defiance, Missouri, in cooperation with Texas, quickly began legal proceedings.
The Biden Administration tried to dismiss the challenges raised by General Bailey, arguing that he lacked standing to challenge the non-use of the funds.
However, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the states, affirming their right to mount a compelling legal challenge.
Missouri's successful legal action against the Biden Administration serves as a firm stand to uphold congressional mandates and ensure effective enforcement of border security measures.
