All Team Biden needed was a conviction against President Trump to end their “marketing” push for the 2024 election: the elder statesman against the convicted felon. However, they did not foresee that the mock convictions would not stand and that the American people would see through the gun law and back down by supporting President Trump.
Meanwhile, Biden is so out of it that some wonder if he even knows he's alive. He's freezing and being driven around like a confused nursing home patient. So much for “elder statesman”, isn't it?

Team Biden is right; the choice is clear, but the problem for them is that it is clear for reasons they would rather not admit.
Biden is not present. He might be out in public and you wouldn't even know he was there, and if he was, you probably wouldn't bother to say hello because he just doesn't mean anything to you. He is a pathetic fool who brings shame to this nation on a daily basis.

But they don't have much to work with, so once Team Biden got their weak, flamenco “conviction,” they rushed to run an ad highlighting their so-called “victory.” What's really amazing is that Team Biden spent $50 million on this ad, and all they got was a bunch of blah, blah, blah that people have already rejected.

Right on time, the Trump campaign was ready to respond to this weak ad, and they didn't hold back. Team Trump was quick to point out the glaring error in this predictable announcement: he essentially admitted that these mock trials are about the 2024 election and have nothing to do with so-called “justice” or the precious “democracy” of the left This is election interference unleashed by a failed and unpopular puppet pretending to be president.
This ad and the whole gun mock trial is clear evidence that the left is in unprecedented panic mode. Revolver's own Darren Beattie explained it best, saying the left is panicking because these sham law trials were supposed to be Biden's ace up his sleeve. The absurd Stormy Daniels trial was supposed to be the COVID of 2024, but it didn't turn out that way. It was all a big failure.
Darren is clearly on to something; check out these recent polls. Biden is steadily declining, even after the so-called “conviction.”
As the candidates head into the general election season, Biden's approval rating among all Iowans remains low at 28 percent. Another 67% disapprove of his performance as president, and 5% are not sure.
When the Democrats realize that this “ace” turned out to be a prankster and a massive miscalculation, we can only wonder what else they could try in their frenzied state.
