Taylor Swift concert ISIS terror threat thwarted by Austrian police [VIDEO]

An ISIS terrorist plot guidance A Taylor Swift concert in Vienna, Austria, was canceled on Wednesday following the arrest of two men linked to planned attacks on major events in the city, including Swift's upcoming shows.

The concerts, scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the Ernst Happel stadium, have been canceled.

Authorities revealed that the suspects, radicalized online, had detailed plans for their attacks. One of the men arrested, a 19-year-old who had pledged allegiance to ISIS, was found to have chemical substances in his possession.

The nature of these substances and whether they could have been used to build a bomb is still under investigation.

Vienna State Police Director Franz Ruf and Police Chief Gerhard Purstl confirmed that Austria's Cobra unit, which is similar to the FBI's hostage rescue team, had a role in the operation.

During the investigation, authorities discovered Islamic State and Al Qaeda material at the second suspect's residence.

Following the cancellation of Wednesday's shows, Vienna's Interior Minister Gerhard Karner confirmed on Thursday that no additional suspects are currently being sought.
