Swalwell facilitated “federal crime loan” to help with Hunter Biden's PR stunt

Hunter Biden may not be the only one allegedly guilty, as a prominent legal scholar has linked a congressman to being complicit in facilitating a “federal felony loan.”

On Wednesday, President Joe Biden's son defied a congressional subpoena with a major PR stunt that sought to dictate his own terms for testimony before legislative committees seeking answers about his foreign dealings and alleged trafficking of the influences of the then Vice President Joe Biden.

The comment came as part of a broad op-ed composed for The Hill where Turley discussed the California lawmaker's involvement in arranging the young Biden's press conference outside the U.S. Capitol when he was supposed to be meeting for testimony in behind closed doors with Kentucky House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R).
