As the sad, sloppy remnants of the Democratic legislative storm languish in a New York City courtroom in embarrassing fashion, Trump looks like a sure thing to return to the White House.
The call to burn down the legal system to prevent the former president from ever regaining power has been a monumental disaster, leaving America's once-respected institutions in ashes and a stronger-than-ever resilient Trump, now a martyred figure of a movement that gets stronger by the day.

Look for the massive crowds to play out when Trump resumes his signature rallies, he won't be stuck in Judge Merchan's courtroom in the mock trial of “Fat Alvin” Bragg all summer and both the cases of Jack Smith and Fani Willis are embroiled in serious problems.
