A partial victory in the fight against gender ideology calls for celebration and redoubled efforts after a Supreme Court ruling on changes to Title IX.
“Go ahead!”
The federal government's effort to bureaucratically advance Marxism hit a snag Friday with a 5-4 Supreme Court decision denying a stay of lower court rulings. Now, ahead of an appeals battle, the Biden-Harris administration's effort to infringe on the spaces of women and girls by changing the rule meant to protect them has been thrown out of whack.
Former NCAA swimmer and women's rights advocate Riley Gaines reacted to the ruling on X, saying: “During: In a 5-4 decision, SCOTUS struck down the Biden administration's rewrite -Harris of Title IX, which would have allowed men in women's sports, bathrooms, dormitories and forced speech.

The 5-4 opinion on the issues of Dept. of Education v. Louisiana i Miguel Cardona vs. Tennessee explained, “The Department of Education recently issued a new rule implementing Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. The rule recently defined sex discrimination to 'include'[e] discrimination based on sexual stereotypes, sexual characteristics, pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation and gender identity'”.
Although the justices unanimously agreed “the central provision recently defining sex discrimination to include discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity,” the division on the stay considered a disagreement over the severability of parts of the rule that many believed would have allowed men. and boys in women's and girls' spaces in 10 states where rules were implemented at the local and state level to prevent ideologues.
“But the Government argues (and the dissent agrees) that these provisions should be struck down and that the other provisions of the new rule should still be allowed to take effect in the interim period while the Government's remedies preliminary injunctions are pending in the courts,” stated the opinion as Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch joined Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson in the dissent that argued that the lower court's sentences were “excessive.”
The suspensions of the injunctions by the courts of the Fifth and Sixth Circuits were a temporary measure, since the latter had already announced the oral arguments for October to expedite the examination of the case.
To that point, Gaines had indicated, “To be clear, the rule has yet to be fleshed out, which is why I said 'going forward.' final order to drop the rule across the country. Still, it's a big win.”
Similarly, former gymnast, former Levi's executive, and founder and CEO of XX-XY Athletics Jennifer Sey reacted to New York Times coverage that said, “Supreme Court, for now, blocks expanded protections by to transgender students in some states.”
“Let me rewrite this @nytimes headline…Supreme Court upholds Title IX, which protects women's sexual rights in the education system. For now,” Sey wrote as others added their own cheers for the sentence

Unfortunately for girls in NC and other blue states, we are not protected from the Biden-Harris Title IX rewrite.
Sports teams, competitions, seminars, etc. they should BOYCOTT states that refuse to protect women and girls.
