Roseanne Barr calls Trump ‘MAGA-dor-in-chief’ at Florida rally

-

Actress and comedian Roseanne Barr fired up a Florida crowd at a rally for former President Donald Trump with a new slogan calling her a “MAGA-dor-in-chief.”

The 71-year-old freelancer was one of the more fiery opening acts before Trump took the stage at Ted Hendricks Stadium in Hialeah, Fla., on Wednesday, coinciding with the third Republican presidential primary debate.

Telling the MAGA crowd it was her first Trump rally, Barr thought it was “so cool” as she yelled into the microphone and had the crown chant, “USA!”

She went on to tell the crowd how she “could hardly control herself” after meeting the former president and taking a picture with him at Mar-a-Lago.

He thanked Trump supporters for saving his life over the past four years as he dealt with his multiple controversies, saying “you took me back when they tried to do me back.”

He joked about his own 2012 run for president against Barack Obama, telling the crowd, “This is his third term that we’re living in, you know that, right?” although he remembered that as part of his campaign he promised to “ban bullshit”.

Barr then showed a jacket a friend had made that featured an animated version of a bull with Trump as the matador, and the words “MAGADOR-IN-CHIEF” across the top.

“Trump is the Magador,” he declared. “And this is the bull of the deep state!”

“This goes along with my president thing. I want to outlaw bullsh-t. But I mean right now, aren’t we all tired of the deep state bullshit?” he asked the cheering crowd.

Trump supporters again chanted, “deep state bullshit” as Barr laughed.

“Stop the shit! We want Trump the Magador to kill this god…bull!” she screamed.

She thanked the crowd and began her exit from the platform when a staff member redirected her to the podium where she admitted, “I forgot my assignment.”

“I was too excited,” she added as she announced the event’s next speaker.

Trump echoed Barr’s words later when he took the stage.

“I will totally wipe out the deep state,” he vowed. “We’re going to start by exposing all the latest crimes committed by Joe Biden, because now that he’s accused me, we can look at him.”

Barr’s heartfelt praise for the former president and his thanks to supporters were appreciated by many on social media, where his call to end the bull drew many compliments. Of course, it was no surprise that staunch anti-Trumpers had something to say, too.

“Brainworms. Someday we’ll look back and be amazed at how many people fell in love with someone who had a mental illness and how that illness spread through contact,” former Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) he tweeted.
