More bets have been placed on Michelle Obama winning the presidency than Joe Biden, even though she's not running (yet).
GB News reports that the Betfair exchange has seen 10.9 per cent of bets this year on Obama to be the winner, while Biden has secured 10.6 per cent.
Also, Donald Trump's odds have dropped to 6/5 (45% chance), marking him as the favorite, while Biden is 2/1 (33% chance).
Betfair spokesman Sam Rosbottom noted that “surprisingly, more bets have been placed on Obama to be the next US president than incumbent Joe Biden so far in 2024”.
