Wild video captured the arrest of a repeat offender who was reportedly on probation when he attacked an officer, leaving her bloodied and stunned.
The incident happened Thursday evening in the Bronx, according to the New York Post. The video shows a young black man being manhandled by officers who are trying to arrest him when the camera pans left and captures the shocking image of a bleeding NYPD officer clinging to a bystander.

The camera pans back to the suspect who is now on the ground with his buttocks fully exposed as a male officer tries to struggle with his hands behind his back.
According to law enforcement, the altercation began when the officer tried to de-escalate a situation in which the suspect was arguing with a group of children. The officer was taken to the hospital, treated for a cut lip and released. The suspect, Ernst Delma, was charged with assault on an LEO, obstruction and resisting arrest.
