Dozens of pro-Palestinian activists targeted an Orthodox Jewish synagogue in the heart of Los Angeles, California's Pico-Robertson neighborhood on Sunday, causing disruption and blocking entry to an event focused on real estate investment in Israel.

Masked protesters blocking the entrance to a synagogue in the Jewish Quarter of Los Angeles has nothing to do with free speech and everything to do with persecuting Jews and preventing Jews from practicing their religious faith . Eyewitnesses detailed the activists' blockade of pedestrians along the southern stretch of Pico Boulevard, the main thoroughfare of this predominantly Orthodox Jewish enclave in West Los Angeles.
According to the Forward, a publication known for leaning to the left Jewish perspectives, the protest was perfected in the synagogue in part due to an event within the Jewish community defending Israeli real estate companies, whether for relocation, leisure or financial investment.
Several synagogues in the area shared a notice warning their members about the event, and dozens of supporters of Israel showed up with their own flags. pic.twitter.com/KUVLD99Ek1

In particular, there has been a global surge of Jewish individuals seeking to immigrate to Israel, known as “aliyah” or “ascension” within the community, after October 7, as a show of solidarity with Israel and as a response to prevailing local anti-Semitism.
This incident marked the second instance in a matter of days that pro-Palestinian activists attacked a synagogue in Los Angeles. The previous Friday, protesters directed their anger at another synagogue and school in the Valley Village area, without clarifying the reason for this action.
It's all over for you and a lot of fans came forward and drowned out the hate…but they shouldn't! Shit like this shouldn't happen. People are using their freedom of speech “protest” to bully people… and I really wonder if what those freedoms were designed for…
