When President Joe Biden began his campaign trip to Las Vegas last week, everything seemed to be going as well as it could for an 81-year-old president in physical and cognitive decline.
The day before he abruptly left town, Biden delivered the keynote address to a packed crowd of nearly five thousand people at the NAACP National Convention at the Mandalay Bay Hotel.
On Wednesday, Biden was scheduled to deliver the keynote at the annual UnidosUS convention at the MGM Grand, with thousands of attendees anticipating his arrival. With the venue located right off the Las Vegas Strip, the President's motorcade and security detail required massive outside support from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
President Biden did not appear at the convention or any of its scheduled events later that afternoon. Instead, he left town, leaving Las Vegas on Air Force One for Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, where he remains today.
Since that trip to Las Vegas, President Biden has announced via social media that he would not seek a second term as president, while also endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris for the Democratic nomination. President Biden has not been seen in photos or videos since landing in Delaware on Wednesday night. although he did participate in a phone call with Kamala Harris this evening.
The president's communications staff and doctor said the president had tested positive for Covid-19, stating that it was the reason for his schedule cancellation and his change of plans in Las Vegas.
Dr. Kevin O'Connor, the president's White House physician (and family business partner), Biden said “presented this afternoon with upper respiratory symptoms, to include rhinorrhea (runny nose) and nonproductive cough, with general malaise,” noting that the president had nothing but cold symptoms.
They tell us a very different story. According to law enforcement sources, we have verified that several of the core elements of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk's viral X post on Monday are true.
The Dossier obtained independent testimony from more than half a dozen law enforcement officers who served on the president's security detail and others who spoke firsthand about the incident that took place that day.

Agents who work in the president's detail describe that Wednesday as chaotic from the start. President Biden was already far behind before the incident. Several sources said things went sour after he was present in a famous local Mexican restaurant called Lindo Michoacan, where he went around shaking hands and greeting donors.
Then, suddenly, when he was supposed to deliver the UnidosUS speech, all hell broke loose.
Several police officers on duty that day were told by radio that the president was dealing with an unspecified medical emergency. Far from being a case of the sniffles, this was sent over the cryptic police airwaves as if something akin to a five-alarm fire had broken out.
Our sources estimate that it was “easily” hundreds of officers and employees of the Las Vegas Metropolitan who heard the live broadcasts, so a curious media outlet should have no problem reporting any follow-up to this history Dispatches made it clear that this was much more than a simple change of plans, because it put much of its service emergency response apparatus into action.
Radio dispatchers tasked with coordinating with the president's detail called for an immediate “surge” of law enforcement resources in the area, both to secure the surrounding area and to expedite the president's movement.
According to these law enforcement sources, the president's motorcade was initially scheduled to go to the University Medical Center (UMC), which was about two kilometers down the road from the president's position. Police responded to the call, quickly deploying their “in the box” emergency teams to facilitate diversion to the hospital.
While researching for this story, we found it local NBC affiliate KSNV confirmed last weekwithout much publicity, that UMC “was on standby after being alerted to a possible medical issue with President Joe Biden on Wednesday afternoon while visiting Southern Nevada.”
But the president's team decided not to take him to the hospital. Plans changed in quick succession once again. It was then relayed to duty officers on the President's detail that they should clear an express route to Harry Reid International Airport. Police assigned to the president's detail and “in the box” emergency squads redeployed their resources to get the president out of town as quickly and safely as possible.
Emily Goodin, The Daily Mail's Chief White House Correspondent, reported that during the trip back east, Air Force One “it flew so fast that the plane shook”, reaching Dover in just 3 hours and 48 minutes.
Several of the officers we spoke to said this was being reported and acted upon as a full-blown medical emergency, insisting that a simple positive test for Covid-19 would not have warranted such a drastic and massive response.
Only President Biden and his inner circle seem to know the truth about what exactly happened last week in Las Vegas. Hopefully, the public will be informed of the events that forced his emergency departure from Sin City.
