The incident unfolded around 10:00 p.m. on March 8 at a residence located in the 1800 block of Orchard Avenue. Officers were reportedly responding to a call about a domestic dispute at the home.

Newly released body camera footage captures the moments officers entered the residence and were shot almost immediately.

The exchange of gunfire resulted in both Officer Fiabane and Correa suffering gunshot wounds. Correa succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

Authorities recovered a rifle and a handgun in Correa's possession.
