From bragging to roasting. The ridiculousness was practically written after President Joe Biden tried to brag about his White House “dream team.”

Voters have grown accustomed to hearing some form of the same question every election cycle since it was first posed by then-former California Gov. Ronald Reagan during his 1980 debate with President Jimmy Carter: “Are you better today than four years ago?”

On Saturday, as the Biden administration marked three years since taking office, Americans could easily consider a more condensed timeline for this inquiry, as each year, month and even week that in some cases it has weighed heavily on the public's perspective as a nation.

That didn't stop the president's social media team from dropping a picture of him alongside wife Jill Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and husband Doug Emhoff with the tongue-in-cheek caption: “Three years with this team of dream”.

Along with the tagline, which prompted a quick response from social media users that the dream has been a “nightmare nightmare”, the communications error included a highlight reel that played like a train wreck as the administration promoted widespread distribution of experimental mRNA injections, omnibus expense. packages that pick winners and losers to further fan the flames of inflation, ideologically driven legislative initiatives that benefit China, and foreign policy that has led to growing conflict around the world.

All this came from just talking about the facts that could be explained positively.

Items left out of the summary of three years in which Uncle Joe took a Marxist Marxist to the foundations of Uncle Sam included the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan, the depletion of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, the blank check written in Ukraine while disasters such as those seen in East Palestine, Ohio occurred. and Lahaina, Hawaii were in memory, along with the destruction of the US military, a wide-open southern border, and rampant crime supported by soft-left, crime-fighting prosecutors.

Those who were sold on the dream of “building back better” were probably experiencing severe buyer's remorse represented in the president's approval numbers.

In response to the feeble attempt to lull the American people into banality-induced amnesia about the State of the Union, some seven weeks before the president delivers what many expect will be his last official address of the year type on Thursday, March 7, and more than 17,000 responses to the post in less than 24 hours were loaded with mixed thoughts about how the 36 months since Biden was sworn in were anything but a dream.

As then-candidate Reagan said on his way to the presidency: “If you don't think that this course that we've been on for the last four years is what you'd like us to follow for the next four, then I might suggest another option that you have .
