Two Phoenix, Arizona residents had their grocery order handcuffed by police officers after their DoorDash driver was arrested en route to deliver the goods. Residents were shocked to see two police cars pull up outside their home. Officers with the Phoenix Police Department were tasked with serving the warrant after the driver was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Officer Eric Dillard, who made the arrest, decided to complete the delivery himself to ensure both the residents and the driver were accommodated.

The driver offered to return the groceries to the store for a replacement driver, but Dillard's took it upon himself to complete the delivery.
