Residents were shocked to see two police cars pull up outside their home. Officers with the Phoenix Police Department were tasked with serving the warrant after the driver was arrested on an outstanding warrant. The driver offered to return the groceries to the store for a replacement driver, but Dillard's took it upon himself to complete the delivery.
