A British woman, identified by Essex Police as Victoria Thomas-Bowen, was arrested on Tuesday, June 4, on charges of assault by beating and criminal damage for throwing a milkshake at Nigel Farage, the right-wing politician who is the leader of the UK Reform Party. The incident happened during Farage's campaign launch press conference in Clacton. Thomas-Bowen is a left-wing model from OnlyFans who used the attack as an opportunity to promote her sexually explicit content on the adult entertainment website.

After the incident, Thomas-Bowen posted a sexually explicit photo on her Instagram stories along with Kelis' song “Milkshake.” He also linked his OnlyFans account to the post. His political affiliations and background have also come to light. Sources have confirmed that he supports MP Jeremy Corbyn, a former leader of the UK Labor Party campaigning as an independent, who has faced criticism in the past for supporting terror groups such as Hamas and Hezbollah.

Essex Police confirmed that Thomas-Bowen will appear in court on Tuesday, July 2 to answer the charges.
The attack caused controversy, with some people accusing conservatives of using these incidents to play the victim and divert attention from the important issue. However, in this particular incident, an innocent conservative woman was blamed for the attack. Shelagh Fogarty, a journalist and LBC radio presenter, falsely accused Emily Hewertson, a senior press officer in the House of Commons, of orchestrating the incident to boost support for Farage. These false allegations quickly spread across social media platforms, as X. Hewertson threatened legal action against the false allegations.
Nigel Farage made light of the attack at the campaign event, joking: “My milkshake brings all the people to the rally.” However, many people have criticized the normalization of these attacks on politicians, regardless of their political affiliations.

In the wake of the incident, opinions are divided on the appropriateness of publicly attacking politicians. While some believe that such aggressive rhetoric is part of politics in today's world, others believe that such actions cannot be tolerated in a civilized society and have no place in democratic discourse. The question raises the question of whether it is necessary to establish measures to reduce public behavior, especially in demonstrations and political events.
Meanwhile, the incident sparked outrage in conservative circles, and led to a backlash against left-wing activists who promote such acts of violence. It is not clear how the incident will affect the upcoming UK election, but it highlights the need for proper dialogue between people with different views and underlines the importance of maintaining civility in our political discourse.
