Ya know, this actually makes sense. NY has been losing residents by the thousands since the pandemic. Sane rational freedom loving New Yorkers have been relocating to Florida, North Carolina and other freedom supporting states. It makes sense if Uber-Fuhrer Adams tries to attract like minded people to his liberal hellhole.
