Gov. Cuomo is running New York like a mobster.
An NYC bar owner was arrested after serving undercover police officers in plain clothes food and beverages.
Officers arrested Danny Presti for obstruction of governmental administration and for offering an unauthorized food and beverage service.
The bar was in Cuomo’s “Orange Covid Spike Zone” and was not allowed to offer indoor service.
After Presti’s arrest, hundreds of patriots showed up outside the bar chanting “USA” and supported Presti for standing up against Cuomo’s authoritarian rule.

The AP News covered the shocking story, see what they had to add:
An owner of a New York City bar that was providing indoor service in defiance of coronavirus restrictions was arrested after a sting in which plainclothes officers went inside and ordered food and beverages, the city sheriff’s office said.
Protesters shouted as deputies arrested Danny Presti, the co-owner of Mac’s Public House on Staten Island, on Tuesday.
The tavern is in an area designated by Gov. Andrew Cuomo as an orange zone because of spiking COVID-19 rates and was not supposed to be serving customers indoors. But the owners had declared the bar an “autonomous zone,” a nod to protesters who claimed control over a Seattle neighborhood in June.
The bar has been fined thousands of dollars as it continued to serve patrons inside and to operate past the 10 p.m. curfew for restaurant service that Cuomo imposed citywide.
According to a release from Sheriff Joseph Fucito, plainclothes deputies went inside Tuesday and ordered food in exchange for a mandatory $40 “donation.” Uniformed deputies went in then and issued tickets for state and city violations.
After finding out that Presti was arrested patriots took the streets of Staten Island to protest.
Take a look at this crowd!
I’m sure they all have one thing in common, they want Cuomo gone.

Fox News covered the story too:
A co-owner of a New York City tavern was taken away from the business in handcuffs Tuesday night, accused of defying state and city mandates related to the coronavirus pandemic, according to a report.
Five city sheriff’s officers showed up at Mac’s Public House in Staten Island and arrested co-owner Danny Presti, the Staten Island Advance reported.
In many communities across the U.S., owners of bars, restaurants and other businesses have been complaining that some coronavirus rules have become too draconian, imperiling their ability to earn revenue and keep employees working. Many politicians and health officials, meanwhile, have argued that drastically reducing public gatherings and interactions is the best way to combat the spread of the virus – and get the economy fully restored more quickly.
In New York state, Gov. Andrew Cuomo and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, both Democrats, have been popular targets of those trying to get small businesses back to viability.
Cuomo and de Blasio together have single handily destroyed small businesses all across NYC.
They are supposed to serve their community but instead, they are controlling it.
I’m sure New Yorkers are thrilled about Cuomo using tax dollars to order a sting operation on a bar that is simply just serving food and drinks.
