A prominent real estate guru is unhappy with how President Joe Biden was kicked out of the 2024 presidential race.
“The Democratic Party I grew up with is no longer about ordinary people,” said Grant Cardone, CEO of Cardone Capital. Fox News on Monday, one day after President Biden announced the end of his candidacy.
“Now we know it's all been a sham. The first thing I thought when I heard Biden wasn't running was, 'We've been lied to for over four years,'” he added.
Yes…
The Democratic Party has not been the same since JFK's assassination.
It used to represent the majority of hard-working Americans trying to secure opportunity, property, and a better life for their families.
It is now a strange fringe group focused on WIERD agendas,… pic.twitter.com/6ufRNId588

Cardone continued to join the chorus of voices calling for Biden to step down.
“I should resign immediately,” he said. “The idea that he can continue to be the leader of the United States for another five months is madness. Knowing his compromised condition, it also means that our country is in ruins not being led by him, but by others… Not even there was only an explanation to 'us, the people'”.
The good news is that Biden's sudden exit from the campaign helped convince Cardone that he had made the right decision to support former President Donald Trump.
“Personally, I know I can trust him to deregulate business, to protect America, to end the nonsense, to inspire the greatest expansion of middle-class wealth,” he said. “And it's going to be great for real estate, which is in big trouble if we don't get interest rates down right away.”
“I'm in the south of France, and people from France, England, Dubai, Serbia, Canada and Colombia have come to tell me they can't believe what's happening in America… They want Trump. These are some of the people most successful in the world.” They believe he rose after the murder [attempt] make it clear: Trump is best for America and world peace,” he added.
Donald Trump is like Nostradamus
What you look for in an executive is someone who is more right than wrong. You don't like what he says, but he was right:
• China virus
• Russia Russia Deception
• Bragg Lynching in New York (inversion coming soon)
• Judgment of Georgia
• Case of Florida… pic.twitter.com/qWPZQzNcso— Grant Cardone (@GrantCardone) July 22, 2024
There are more. Cardone claimed on Fox News that home buyers and sellers became more optimistic about the market after the failed attempt on Trump's life about two weeks ago.
He concluded his online remarks by singing Trump's praises.
“[Trump] she's the only person alive today who can save the American dream,” he said. “Trump will destroy Kamala because the policies she stood for and took a knee for have failed. I doubt she'll poll well enough for the Democrats to nominate her.”
“No one can beat Trump! Not even Barack, if he could run again. America wants success again,” he added.
So Kamala is the reason for America's decline, not Joe Biden.

To be clear, Vice President Kamala Harris is already being called the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, primarily because President Biden endorsed her after he dropped out and because everyone on the left has endorsed her as well.
“Democrats moved on Monday to consolidate behind Harris for the party's nomination, ending 24 hours after Mr. Biden's shock announcement that he was dropping out of the race and shortly after endorsing Harris for the nomination” . CBS News reported on Monday.
“CBS News estimates that Harris has received the endorsement of a majority of Democratic delegates. If the total holds, she would become the Democratic nominee for president after the virtual roll call vote scheduled for early August,” continues the report
Meanwhile, money has been flowing into their coffers at breakneck speed.
“[C]Countless party members, public figures and voters lent their support to the lawyer-turned-politician's last-minute campaign, which racked up more than $50 million in fundraising less than a day after his launch,” according to billboard.
