Nikki Haley officially dropped out of the Republican presidential race on Wednesday, delivering an emotional speech in which she quoted Margaret Thatcher and did not endorse former President Trump.
“I am full of gratitude for the outpouring of support we've received from all over our great country,” Haley told her home state supporters. “But now the time has come to suspend my campaign.”
“I said I wanted Americans to have a voice. I have,” he added. “Now the time has come suspend my campaign I said I wanted Americans to hear their voice. I have done this. I don't regret it. And even though I will no longer be a candidate, I will not stop using my voice for the things I believe in,” she vowed.
“Our national debt will eventually crush our economy. A smaller federal government is not only necessary for our freedom, it is necessary for our survival. The road to socialism is the road to ruin for America ,” Haley noted.

Haley suffered a resounding defeat on Super Tuesday as Trump gained momentum en route to becoming the Republican presidential nominee in 2024. He had no path to victory and his funding had all but dried up.
In her concession speech, Haley told supporters she believed the voters had spoken and that Trump would be the GOP's chosen candidate at the party's convention in July.

“I congratulate him and wish him the best. I wish the best to whoever is president of the United States,” he said. “Our country is too precious to let our differences divide us.”
However, if Republicans were expecting Haley to endorse Trump at this point, they were in for a disappointment.
“I have always been a conservative Republican and I have always supported the Republican candidate. But on this issue, as she did on so many others, Margaret Thatcher gave good advice when she said: “Never follow the crowd.” Always make up your mind'”, he said, comparing himself to the legendary statesman.

“Now it's up to Donald Trump to win the votes of those in our party and beyond who did not support him,” Haley continued. “And I hope he does. Politics at its best is about bringing people to your cause, not turning them away. And our conservative cause needs a lot more people.”
Haley has been asked repeatedly if she would support Trump.
“I haven't heard him promise to support me if he wins, so I don't know why I have to go and promise to support him,” Haley said Tuesday on “Fox & Friends.”

When Haley ended her bid to become president, she quoted from the Book of Joshua.
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged, for God will be with you wherever you go,” he intoned.
Trump reacted to Haley's announcement by encouraging his supporters to join the MAGA movement while investigating his former UN ambassador.
“Nikki Haley was KNOCKED OUT last night, in record fashion, despite the fact that Democrats, for reasons unknown, can vote in Vermont and other Republican primaries. Much of his money came from Radical Left Democrats, as did many of his voters, nearly 50%, according to polls. At this point, I hope he stays in the “race” and fights to the end! I'd like to thank my family, friends and the Great Republican Party for helping me produce by far the most successful Super Tuesday in HISTORY, and I'd also like to invite all Haley supporters to join -se to the biggest movement in history. the history of our nation. BIDEN IS THE ENEMY, HE IS DESTROYING OUR COUNTRY. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!” the former president wrote on Truth Social.
In accordance with ABC Newsthe Trump campaign sent an email calling for a united front against President Biden: “It was a hard-fought race, but now is the time for us to come together as a PARTY AND DEFEAT JOE BIDEN!”
It seems that the showdown during the presidential contest will now be between Trump and Biden. The former president leads Biden with his lead growing daily.
Biden wasted no time asking Haley's supporters to come to the left and support him.

“Donald Trump made it clear he doesn't want to Nikki Haley's supporters. I want to be clear: there is a place for them in my campaign,” the president said Fox News. “I know there are many things on which we will disagree. But on the fundamental issues of preserving American democracy, of upholding the rule of law, of treating each other with decency, dignity and respect, of preserving NATO and standing up to America's adversaries, I hope and believe we can find common ground.”
Biden added: “We all know this is no ordinary election. And the stakes for America couldn't be higher. I know that Democrats and Republicans and independents disagree on a lot of issues and have strong convictions. That's a good thing. This is what America stands for. But I also know this: What unites Democrats and Republicans and independents is the love of America.”

Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel enthusiastically crowned Trump the “presumptive nominee.”
“Congratulations to President Donald J. Trump on his huge victory in the primaries! I would also like to congratulate Nikki Haley for running a hard-fought campaign and becoming the first woman to win a Republican presidential primary contest,” he said in a statement released after Haley suspended her campaign.
“President Trump once delivered a booming economy, a secure border, energy independence and America's strength on the world stage, the exact opposite of the chaos created by Joe Biden,” McDaniel noted. “Republican voters have spoken loud and clear by historically wide margins, and we are more united than ever to beat Biden and Democrats up and down the ballot in November.”
Congratulations to President Trump on becoming the presumptive Republican nominee!
We must come together to defeat Joe Biden, and it's clear that Republican voters are willing to rally around President Trump to do just that. pic.twitter.com/BrJIrJ52zu
