Recent footage of the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump has emerged, showing local police officers responding to the building where Thomas Crooks opened fire two minutes and 10 seconds before the shooting took place.
The video also captures the dramatic moment of the shooting and the crowd's reaction when Crooks was shot and killed by the Secret Service.

An eyewitness described Crooks' shooting as a headshot, noting a “big puff of hair.”
Although the video continues to show Trump addressing the crowd at his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, no immediate action was taken to remove him from the stage.
Further details indicate that local law enforcement had become aware of Crooks' suspicious activity prior to the shooting.
Despite this, key security measures, such as the identification and security of the area where Crooks was perched and the failure to investigate his drone surveillance of the rally site, were not implemented.
The video and subsequent investigation raise serious concerns about the Secret Service's overall security arrangements and communication protocols.
