In a recent incident that unfolded during a recent Team Combat League matchup, junior featherweight boxer Tramaine Williams from New Haven, Connecticut, faced a nerve-wracking moment during his bout with Ryan Allen. The match, which is part of the showcase NYC Attitude vs. Las Vegas Hustle, took place at Thunder Studio on June 20, 2024, where Williams represented the NYC Attitude team, who eventually emerged as the winners of the event.
The Team Combat League event follows a fixed structure that includes 24 three-minute rounds, with athletes participating in one-round matches in eight weight classes. Each team fields two wrestlers per weight class, with a total of sixteen wrestlers competing in the event.

As the fight between Williams and Allen progressed, Allen connected with a short straight right on Williams, with the latter seeming to handle the jab comfortably. However, what happened next was cause for alarm, as “The Mighty Midget” appeared to experience seizure-like autonomic dysfunction. Williams collapsed on his face to the canvas, prompting Allen to refrain from striking further.
