New footage of the attempted assassination of Trump's shooter [VIDEO]

New images have been released showing an assassination attempt on former President Trump.

The video was filmed by a rally attendee, Jon Malice, and shows a sniper eliminating the shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks, after he opened fire during a campaign event in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Crooks was able to climb the American Glass Research (AGR) building, gaining a clear line of sight to Trump. The former president suffered ear injuries from the shooting, while a bystander was killed and several others injured in the incident.

Malice explained that he noticed people were starting to say Crooks was climbing the AGR building, but he and his family thought it was just someone trying to get a better view. Two minutes later, Malice heard “three, then maybe five” rounds before hearing two counter-sniper rounds.

Malice, a military veteran, was surprised by the lack of security around the event site. He noticed that none of the attendees had been screened, and none of them had gone through metal detectors, not even those near the AGR building.

In video footage captured by Malice's dash cam, Crooks was seen crossing the street before approaching the building unnoticed. The footage also showed Crooks pointing his rifle at onlookers before being shot by the Secret Service.
