If it comes down to it, Trump said it best. 2024 is our last chance. Otherwise, it’s a shootout because that’s all that’s left at that point. I trust Trump.
As for the militias, any attempt at this would be quickly ended or infiltrated by the feds.
1st rule: Protect yours.
The second rule is: Know your old local equipment. We’ve graduated close to 4,000 each year since the 1980s. Most are still there, and there are few areas or counties that don’t have a couple.
They know what to do. How to organize, acquire resources, train people and operate really useful groups (militia).
Find the right ones and they’ll find you when the time is right.
There is a good chance they will team up with their local sheriff if possible (A Constitution Honoring Sheriff). Otherwise, they are likely to draft when the time comes and they know when the time comes, especially if they are special forces in the military. Their job is literally to overthrow countries.
They know how to get it back the hard way, if necessary.
