In a devastating development that comes after 37-year-old Wactor was killed outside a bar in Los Angeles on Saturday morning, new photos have emerged from the heartbreaking crime scene.

According to Wactor's family, the former soap star died when he approached his car around 3 a.m. Saturday. The masked robbers were stealing the catalytic converter from Wactor's vehicle when, after the confrontation, they opened fire.
Wactor's mother, Scarlett WalkerFind out more ABC7 that his son thought the alleged thieves were tow truck drivers. The three robbers opened fire shortly after Wactor approached. The suspects eventually fled the scene at West Pico Boulevard and South Hope Street.
Wactor was rushed to a nearby hospital but died a short time later.
How RadarOnline.com noted above, Wactor starred in the hit ABC soap opera General Hospital before he was killed over the weekend. The actor appeared in approximately 160 episodes of the show between 2020 and 2022 as the character Brando Corbin.

Sofia Mattssonwho played Wactor's wife General Hospital during his two-year tenure, he also shared his condolences after the senseless killing of the actor.
“My heart is so broken,” Mattsson said. “Johnny was the best. So genuine. So caring. Incredibly hardworking and humble. With a huge heart that radiated so much kindness and joy.”

“He always made sure everyone around him felt seen, heard and loved,” he continued. “I admire the man he was so much and I am a better person for having known him. We shared so many special moments, both on and off screen, and I will forever hold them in my heart.”
