Concern for children was cited as the reason a woman and her family were seen kicked out of a California brewery in a viral video about its “trans politics”.
“Because you don't agree with his identity.”
Rattling off another “L” on the scoreboard for the left's “inclusion” agenda, a video released Sunday from Los Angeles highlighted how employees at Angel City Brewery appeared to show preferential treatment to the crowd of the rainbow, even when there were children.
Since being taken down by the original poster, the first of several videos has been making the rounds on social media, racking up nearly 2 million views from TikTok's Libs alone with the subtitle“A family was allegedly kicked out of @AngelCityBeer in Los Angeles because a mom complained about a man invading the woman's bathroom.”
“Restaurant staff say it's against their policy to 'disagree with a trans person's identity,'” TikTok's Libs added.
In less than two minutes, the woman expressed how an individual described as an “obvious man” was in the toilet washing his hands next to her and: “I have small children, but we have no rights.”
“So we have to leave? The trans girl who was using the women's bathroom doesn't have to leave?” she continued. “The man who made me uncomfortable doesn't have to leave. What about women's rights? No there are women's rights, only trans rights, right?”
A follow up video which was still on the client's TikTok page at the time of this post included an interaction with a man higher up in the brewery hierarchy who was asked, “Why are we getting kicked out?
“You disagreed with the trans policies…” he smiled through an explanation as the customer interjected, “Because I don't feel comfortable disagreeing?”
In response, he appeared to state that it was his opinion that the occupant of the offending bathroom was in fact a man who justified his family being removed from the establishment, “Because you don't agree with their identity.”
An additional video of the customer added that her issue was not with “trans” but with the fact that there were children present. He also explained that the original video had been deleted after learning that one of the featured employees was being harassed because his ID badge had been visible in the clip.
As for Angel City Brewery, the “We're here, we're queer, we're coming for your kids” chant was recalled when a social media post on the same day promoted the Out Block party for the “Pride” collaboration with GLAAD (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) detailing: “We'll have tons of live entertainment from DJs to Drag Queens, along with drink and food specials available next Sunday only!! We also have a special guest for the occasion: the @rainbowbookbus!!Come support their cause to share LGBTQIA+ literature with those who need it most and take a photo [front] of his amazing bus!!”
The book bus detailed it mission how to work “toward educational freedom by fighting existing censorship and reacting to future attacks aimed at reducing access to inclusive stories for young people,” including infamous titles like “Gender Queer,” “Flamer,” and “All Boys Aren't Blue”.
Reactions on social media claimed the brewery should get the “Bud Light” treatment.
Time to fire these people who are not protecting women and children. pic.twitter.com/uZd5hk2mOl
