Molly Jong-Fast ignorantly criticizes JD Vance for wanting “more white kids,” despite having biracial kids

A talking point left an MSNBC political analyst flat on his face as he ignored a key detail about vice presidential candidate JD Vance's own family.

Along with the left's attempts to drum up enthusiasm for the word salad queen who is named the Democratic Party's presumptive presidential nominee, has been a concerted effort to denigrate the junior senator from Ohio. Addressing efforts to treat a past comment about “childless catwomen” as if they were the new “deplorables,” writer Molly Jong-Fast threw race into the mix despite Vance having three biracial children with his wife Indian-American, Usha.

“And Molly, the stats are there,” MSNBC's Jonathan Lemire said during a panel discussion on “Morning Joe.” “More and more Americans are choosing not to have children. Which again emphasizes why JD Vance's comments about childless Americans (childless cat ladies) could be so politically damaging.”

“Well then, what's interesting is this natalism coming from an authoritarian playbook, isn't it?” Jong-Fast posed as he waved his hands. “That there's got to be more 'white kids,' right? That's the idea that's out there, you know, that it's a big replacement theory racism, right?

“That's what this: Don't get it wrong because she wants more kids,” he continued attributing intent to Vance's comments, “she wants a certain kind of, you know, racist thing.”

“So I'd say yes, it's true. And attacking people for not having children is really cruel, isn't it?” Jong-Fast added another layer to the party that has made defending the killing of the unborn a key platform. “Because some people can't have children, some people, you know, want to have children and, you know, they can't, you know… miss the window. So I think it's a really, really terrible way to pursue the people”.

As reported, Vance said in a 2021 interview with Tucker Carlson: “We are effectively run in this country, through the Democrats, through our corporate oligarchs, by a group of childless catwomen who are miserable with their own lives and the choices they've made, and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable too.”

Sunday, he defended his comment while speaking with Fox News host Trey Gowdy, saying, “If you look at the full context of what I said, it's very clear that the Democrats have tried to take this out of context and blow it out of proportion, which is what they always do it because they don't have an agenda for themselves.”

“This is not a criticism and it was never a criticism of everyone without children,” expressed the father of three. “This is a lie from the left. It is a criticism of the increasingly anti-father and anti-child attitude of the left.”

The absurdity of Jong-Fast's claim was roundly mocked on social media, so much so that he appeared to have blocked his account and removed himself from a Republican National Committee post calling the attention to accusations of racism.
