Shocking and disturbing video has surfaced showing an 86-year-old man being run over and beheaded by a DOT truck in Brooklyn, leaving everyone speechless. Many who saw the video think it could have been an “execution,” not an accident. They note that it was clearly in the crosswalk for quite some time, and the slow truck suggests that the driver may have been distracted, possibly with his phone, or that the impact was intentional.
