Megyn Kelly blasted “idiot” MSNBC host Joy Reid after a heated interview with a conservative activist about sexually explicit books in schools.
“This moron really wanted to know what 'experience' @4TiffanyJustice has to oppose minors in school reading about strap-on dildos and incestual pedophilia,” Kelly posted on X along with a clip of Reid's interview with Moms For Liberty co-founder Tiffany. justice
The group has advocated the removal of the book “All Boys Aren't Blue” by George M. Johnson from schools because of its explicit sexual content. Reid argued with Justice about the incorrect narrative that she and her conservative group are trying to “ban the books.”
“What is the experience you and other Moms for Liberty advocates have in deciding that a book, an award-winning book … is not appropriate for students to read,” the MSNBC host asked his guest.
“In what context is a strap-on dildo acceptable for public school, I mean that's my question for you,” Justice replied.

“What is your experience in saying that a book about strapon dildos or pedophilia or anal rape by a family member does not belong in K-12 libraries and schools?” Kelly wondered in her scathing criticism of “The ReidOut” host.
Conservative commentator Candace Owens commented in a commentary that Reid “asked the question like it was a slap in the face.”
She just asked, with a straight face, why mothers think they have the right to comment on a strap-on dildo in a textbook.
And he asked the question as if it was a blow.
Terrifying times.

“I don't want to know about Joy Reid's weird sexual preferences or what she thinks is appropriate content for minors, but that's not what I think,” the host of “The Megyn Kelly Show” said during a discussion with Emily. Jashinsky, host of The Federalist Radio Hour, and Eliana Johnson, editor of the Washington Free Beacon.
“And if she wants to expose her child to these things, she can go ahead and do it on her own time and on her own dime,” Kelly added.
He noted that there are many studies done on the subject.
“There are tons and tons of articles and books by academic experts about the harm done to children by being exposed to content like this too early,” he said.
“And most good parents are pretty vigilant about making sure our kids don't have access to that kind of stuff. We put blogs on their phones if they have phones … all the things and the last thing you want to think about is when you send them to school, that's when they're most dangerous,” he continued. “That's when they're most exposed to stories about anal rape and strap-on dildos.”
He also criticized the idea of putting explicit books like this in schools “on my taxpayers' money when my son could be sitting next to his son reading a beautiful book about love, about bullies, about history. It's absurd to pretend it's a ban, because you can't find it in your school library!”
During the controversial MSNBC interview, Reid told Justice, “What I'm telling you is, you're not an expert on this book.”
The conservative replied, “I don't have to be an expert to know that dildos aren't appropriate for public school, I mean come on, let's get real.”
