Maxine Waters Exercises, Claims Trump Is KKK Leader [VIDEO]

Speaking at The Essence Festival of Culture, Representative Maxine Waters expressed strong concern about former President Donald Trump's inflammatory language and threats of violence, particularly toward minority groups. Waters argues that Trump's rhetoric has emboldened extremist groups, contributing to the Jan. 6 Capitol incident. He stressed the urgent need for accountability and action to tackle the allegedly growing threat from the far right.

“And I work out. And I work late. I take care of black people. Trump told you who he is. He defined himself. He's a no-good, deplorable, lying, despicable human being. And he says that if he doesn't win, there will be a bloodbath, there will be a civil war. Who the hell do you think is coming next? Who is he talking about?” Waters said.

He pointed to Trump's alleged influence on extremist groups and alleged extremist groups, saying, “But you know, he means business because he's the one who led the invasion of the Capitol, on January 6th. He's the one who calls his the people, the Oath Keepers, the Qanons, they were all out there under their leadership, they took the American flag with the stick they”.

Waters went on to draw a contrast between Trump and the current administration. “Now do we need to talk about the difference between these two?” he asked rhetorically.

He concluded by reaffirming his support for the re-election of Joe Biden, ruling out the possibility of another Democratic candidate. “Now I want to tell you, no matter what anybody says, it's not going to be any other Democratic candidate; it's going to be Biden, and we better know it,” Waters said.
