Loudon Co. school's 'gender fluid' rapist. WALKS unregistered, at least now we know his name

The skirt-wearing pervert who raped a freshman girl in a Loudoun County, Virginia bathroom three years ago has been released from prison and now his identity is finally being revealed.

Hunter Heckel was quietly released from a juvenile treatment center in November and is under court supervision. He was convicted of sexually assaulting two students in 2021 at two different Loudoun County high schools. Heckel just turned 18, which means his identity can no longer be protected, and it didn't take long for writer Luke Rosiak of The Daily Wire to expose exactly who the rapist is.

“Because Buta Biberaj, the defeated George Soros-backed prosecutor from Loudoun County, charged him as a juvenile, he will have no public convictions on his record. He will not appear on a sex offender registry, despite Judge Pamela Brooks said in his January 2022 sentencing that “Over the years, this court has read many psychosexual reports, and when I read yours, frankly, I was scared.” I was scared for you, I was scared for society,'” wrote Rosiak.

“In October 2021, The Daily Wire broke the news that the Loudoun County school system covered up the rape as it worked to pass a policy allowing transgender students to use the bathroom of their choice. Administrators moved Heckel to a different school, where he sexually assaulted another girl,” The Daily Wire explained.

At the time, then-Superintendent of Loudoun County Schools Scott Ziegler had the nerve to accuse parents of transphobia who didn't like the school district's bathroom policy. He also vehemently denied that there was any rape in the school bathroom.

Enter Scott Smith, who is the father of one of Heckel's victims. Smith ended up being arrested after confronting the school board over his daughter's assault.

“Scott Smith, the father of Heckel's first victim, said Biberaj did not notify his family when the rapist was released in November. Biberaj lost to a Republican that same month. Smith said after Heckel raped her daughter, Biberaj extended a plea deal to lesser charges, over her objections, which “would have made it seem like a minor thing,” Rosiak wrote.

“They were trying to push through a BS plea deal with no consequences. They told us there was nothing we could do about it,” Smith told The Daily Wire in an interview. “If I hadn't done it [assaulted a second girl]they were going to push us off a cliff.”

“Biberaj personally argued in court that Smith, the victim's father, be sentenced to prison for disorderly conduct after he became angry at a school board meeting in which Ziegler denied the rape existed. Virginia Gov. , Glenn Youngkin (R) later pardoned Smith for his disorderly conduct conviction, infuriating Biberaj,” The Daily Wire noted.

“Since then, the new Republican prosecutor, Bob Anderson, has hired several people who defended the victims, including an attorney who helped the Smith family navigate the Heckler prosecution and another who worked for the state to prosecute former Superintendent Ziegler,” the outlet continued.

Smith is in the midst of suing Loudoun County Public Schools. He was emotional when Biberaj was defeated at the polls and took comfort in this development.

According to the father, Heckel has “graduated from high school, has a job and is considering going to college.”

“He basically came out of this one unscathed. Hunter had a new beginning yesterday. When do we start the new beginning?” demanded an understandably angry Smith.
