Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the US Constitution

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;–And

Point 1. The Dist. of Columbia now covers 68 square miles and should never have exceeded 10.
Point 2. In the Idaho Constitution, I believe not only must our State Legislature consent to federal purchase of
land, but the respective County Commissioners must also grant consent.
Point 3. This Clause covers the need for land to establish our Seat of Government and the needs of the federal Government to erect Forts, .Magazines, Arsenals, dock-yards, and other needful buildings. So, falling under the “other needful buildings of this Clause, how in the hell did the US Forest Service, US Park Service, US Bureau of Land Management, and US Fish and Wildlife Service, get their hands on vast lands that should belong to the States? For one lone at hell and gone USFS outhouse, am I supposed to believe the USFS has need for millions of square miles of lands that should belong to the State it is in in for a needed building? For the Department of Defense oil reserves, test sites and bombing ranges I could bend on that for the sake of National Security as they do require large amounts of land. I could also understand some Department. of Energy needs for lands but many times these Agencies can share use of the same properties. The vast amounts of wild open public lands though should belong to the states they are in and for them to manage.

As for a great many ABC Agencies we know of and then others never heard of by most citizens, many are unconstitutional and must have at least their armed police units disarmed. Some of these are the US Postal Service, NASA, the EPA, BATF, the Department of Education, and IRS for example. A weaponized Police State should NEVER exist in the USA. It is an awful state of affairs that some really bad people have made their way and careers into all parts of our Federal Government. We never voted for them, they were never elected, and the vast portion of them are not accountable to us.
