TPolice confirm gunman involved in Lunar New Year shooting in Los Angeles.
After a SWAT operation by the Office of Special Enforcement ended in a standoff in Torrance, California, the SEB announced that the gunman behind the wheel of the cargo van had fatally shot himself.
