The debate surrounding Kyle Rittenhouse has exploded over the past 24 hours. It all started when X broke with this controversial post supporting Ron Paul and attacking Donald Trump on the Second Amendment.

However, many in the MAGA world who gave money to Rittenhouse's defense and backed him to the hilt when not even Fox News dared speak his name were justifiably livid.

After all, President Trump himself was with Rittenhouse all the way.
Well, all's well that ends well, as it turns out. Trump's team contacted Kyle and the young man came to his senses.
Over the past 12 hours, I have had a number of productive conversations with members of Trump's team, and I am confident that he will be the strong ally gun owners need to defend our Second Amendment rights.

You have to hand it to the Trump team for disclosure. However, we wonder: Was this all a very clever PR stunt by Kyle to generate a ton of buzz? If so, it may have ended up helping the Trump campaign in the end.
