The greatest criminal fraud perpetrated by the DOJ/FBI, along with their co-conspirators in the media and Hillary Clinton's campaign, was the creation, use and release of the Steele dossier for illegal surveillance purposes.
In June 2016, Hillary Clinton's campaign commissioned the Steele Dossier, using laundered campaign dollars through her law firm Perkins Coie. These funds were paid to Fusion GPS, which hired Christopher Steele, a former MI-6 operative, to create this fabricated dossier.
Steele was simultaneously an FBI informant on the government payroll and the Democratic Party payroll. At the time, no one outside the DOJ/FBI cabal knew what the Steele Dossier was or that it was being used in the four FISA's of the Trump world.
In early 2017, then-Speaker of the House Paul Ryan directed his Select Committee on Intelligence to investigate all claims of Russian collusion, in what became known as the Russia Gate investigation .
Through then-President Nunes, we reported directly to Ryan and sought the consent of his office for all actions taken; that's what it means to be a president's select committee.
After BuzzFeed leaked the Steele dossier January 2017the mandates of ours extended research under the leadership of Speaker Ryan- uncovering the origins of the Steele dossier: determining its truth, who created it and who financed it.
In early 2017, we discovered that almost all of the Dossier was used in FISA warrants. However, for almost a year we were unable to disclose this information because it was classified.
Our investigation ultimately discredited the Steele dossier, leading the DOJ inspector general to conclude that there was no legal basis to submit it to the FISA Court, which later rescinded multiple illegal FISA warrants against Trump -world.
As part of our investigation, we collected thousands of pages of classified documents related to the Steele dossier and conducted nearly 70 sworn examinations of anyone connected to it. We questioned everyone involved in the creation, dissemination or funding of the Steele dossier.
Amazingly, Speaker Paul Ryan, who oversaw the entire investigation, knew about the Steele dossier all along, but never disclosed it to the committee or the public. THE PRESS REPORTED IN DECEMBER 2018 THAT RYAN'S PRINCIPAL ADVISOR AND MORE TERRITORIAL CHIEF OF STAFF, JONATHAN BURKS, RYAN'S PRINCIPAL INTERLOCATE WITH THE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE, HAD A VISIT TO THE ENTIRE STEELE DOSSIER.
This revelation was forced into the light through litigation resulting in the United States and Great Britain following our major Russia-gate findings. When he was finally exposed, Paul Ryan's spokesman provided the ultimate DC deflection: “Burks has never met Christopher Steele or received any documents directly from him. However, he was aware of and had read the dossier prior to its release WHAT. They launched a congressional select committee investigation into Russia collusion based on a document they saw before it was made public, and then never told us about its connections to the gun smoking???
Had we known this information during our investigation, we would have put Paul Ryan and his chief of staff under oath to answer the same questions that were posed to everyone else. Instead, Paul Ryan and his boss botched the oversight investigation by withholding crucial information. How did the spokesman's office become aware of the Steele dossier? Who informed them? Why did they withhold this information from the committee tasked with uncovering the whole Steele dossier and Russia door thing?
These unanswered questions remain because we were denied the opportunity to discover the whole truth due to a lie orchestrated by President Ryan and his staff. Think about it: We briefed Ryan/Burks literally every week for over a year, in person. They knew all the directions and turns of our investigation; they were the chain of command.
Every time I went to the speaker's office to authorize a subpoena, every time we tried compel the DOJ/FBI to produce documents and witnesses, and every time we got blocked, Paul Ryan made the calls.
He and his team were complicit with the FBI/DOJ because they despised Trump. This Paul Ryan corruption should not be forgotten. Their actions undermined our democracy, obstructed justice and allowed fraud to permeate the highest levels of government.
Paul Ryan is the latest government thug in this saga: just another high-ranking government official stuck on the platform who thinks there's an alternative justice system out there for him. I wonder if he discussed this with Rosenstein and Wray while they were busy illegally surveilling myself and other staff members who exposed Russia Gate. Too bad we never got a chance to ask him under oath.
