Vice President Kamala Harris has been campaigning for almost two weeks now, but she doesn't seem to have actually clarified her position on anything of importance.
Going to their website doesn't help much either. In first place accessing the site, a pop-up window asks you to donate to the campaign. When you come out of it, a graphic of Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, graces the front page, along with links to “meet” the candidates, a link to shop products at her store, and two areas to enter your information. for text updates from the Harris campaign and the Democratic National Committee.
Notably, there is no information about Harris' political positions to be found on the site, only a biography of his life and career. Chris Cillizza and Jeff Carlson noted what appears to be a lack of information coming from the campaign.
“Kamala Harris has been the de facto presidential candidate for two weeks. In that time, as far as I can tell, she has given zero media interviews and no press conferences (or even fielded random questions from reporters) “, he wrote in a post on X.

Compare this with DonaldJTrump.comwhich includes a link at the top of the page where you can access former President Donald Trump's platform, as well as information about donations and events.
The “Platform” The page includes 20 concise descriptions of their political positions, as well as a link for anyone who wants to dig deeper into the Republican candidate.
X users commented on the Harris campaign's strange lack of substance:
They have made everything fake, including the presidency of our United States.

It's the old “You have to approve the bill before you can find out what's in it” strategy.

Has not received any votes. He hasn't really campaigned. Democrats are vacant. Just donate and they'll find out in November.

This is the plan
My mom voted for Biden in 2020 because she didn't read his campaign page
He had told her that he got what he voted for (since he had complained about politics). She said she didn't know
I was hoping he would read politics first this year…— Cheesecakes (@Why45huh) August 5, 2024
Notice the way she looks as carefree as Biden in 2020? I can't remember the last time I saw any Democrats struggle to win their races.
3.5 years of the open tap at the border will strengthen this election, imo.— Tiffanie Tx (@tiffanie_tx) August 5, 2024
Come on man, be honest. It also sells merchandise.
