Kamala Harris is showing Americans who she really is

Now that Vice President Kamala Harris has been crowned the Democratic Party's nominee, the presidential race is indeed back on. For example, the last American Greatness Battleground state survey shows dead heat right now, with Harris holding a slight one percentage point lead (47% to 46%) over former President Donald Trump among 1,400 likely voters in the seven swing states.

But that same poll shows he remains very vulnerable on issues, particularly the border, reparations, grocery and arms prices. If Team Trump and its allies can successfully reveal who Harris really is, then the honeymoon will dissipate and the battleground voters will reject this leftist from California.

Amazingly, Harris missed a key opportunity to pull away in America's biggest swing state, Pennsylvania.

According to the survey commissioned by my organization for the defense of workers, the League of American Workersselecting Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro would have given Harris a material advantage in the Keystone State.

Specifically, the survey of 600 likely voters in Pennsylvania conducted by Iron lightshows Harris with a two percentage point lead in the Keystone State with 45% for Harris, 43% for Trump, 6% for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and 6% undecided. That narrow Harris lead is within the poll's four percentage point margin of error.

But before Harris selected Tim Walz, Governor of Minnesota as a running mate, we also asked Pennsylvania voters if selecting Shapiro would make a difference. The results were impressive for Shapiro, who remains a very popular figure in his state.

A Harris-Shapiro ticket jumped to a five-point lead in our poll (47% to 42%). Remember, in these swing states with very thin margins of victory, adding three percentage points to your margin is a huge move, almost certainly flipping the state. Also, for our poll it would have put Harris' lead outside the margin of error.

So what could explain the political malpractice of not electing Shapiro? How could Harris elect a governor of a non-battleground state, someone who actually is more radical about politics than her, which does not bring any perceptible electoral advantage

The only plausible answer is simple and sinister: Shapiro is Jewish and pro-Israel.

The proof is in the polls, and the Biden-Harris campaign team certainly looked to similar polls to prove the effectiveness of electing Shapiro. Taking Pennsylvania off the map would have made Trump's path to 270 electoral votes much narrower.

But instead, Harris told all of America that she is sympathetic to the most radical, anti-America, anti-Israel, anti-Semitic extremists in American politics. The left in America grow a lot more openly anti-Semiticas evidenced by the reprehensible hate speech and intimidation tactics on America's college campuses to protest on behalf of the terrorists in Gaza.

Now, Harris proves that she herself either agrees with this toxic, bigoted group, or is too afraid of them to cause any political confrontation. Either way, his shameful decision gives cover to those who burn American flags, despise Jews, and celebrate terror.

The fact that she was willing to risk her own choices to appease these forces and implicitly endorse these hateful ideas exposes who Harris really is.
