Jenna Ellis, an attorney who claimed to act on behalf of former President Donald Trump in 2020 election challenges, has testified as part of her plea deal in the Georgia racketeering case that she received information that Trump “wouldn’t let ” the white house
Ellis in the bid session revealed the alleged comment by Dan Scavino, who was a longtime employee of the Trump Organization before joining his inaugural presidential campaign. After the Supreme Court declined to take up the Texas case, he said his ability to challenge the election was “essentially over.”
“And he said to me, in a kind of excited tone, ‘Well, we don’t care, and we’re not leaving,'” Ellis said of the alleged Dec. 19 conversation with Scavino. “And I said, ‘What do you mean?’ And he said, “Well, the boss,” meaning President Trump, and everybody understood “the boss,” that’s what we all called him—he said, “The boss is not going to leave under any circumstances.” Only we will stay in power’”.
Ellis continued, “And I said, ‘Well, it doesn’t work like that, you know? and he said: ‘We don’t care'”.
While the media is trying to spin the episode into a “meeting” moment, there is a massive problem with the narrative. Donald Trump actually left office after the Electoral College certified the election results after political extremists disrupted electoral challenges on January 6.
He made this announcement on January 7:

“I would like to begin by addressing the heinous attack on the United States Capitol. Like all Americans, I am outraged by the violence, lawlessness, and chaos. I immediately deployed the National Guard and federal law enforcement to secure the building and expel the intruders. America is and must always be a nation of law and order,” Trump said.
This was thirteen days before Joe Biden was scheduled to be sworn in to become the next president.
Therefore, the narrative that Donald Trump tried to “overturn the election” through illegal means and “stay in power” is nothing more than a hoax.
As for Jenna Ellis, she stated that the conversation with Scavino occurred on December 19th. However, her own observations after that date demonstrate that she was either a “true believer” in electoral irregularities or that she adhered to the narrative for career reasons.
“President Trump should never concede the election,” he wrote on Dec. 28.

He made other comments alleging “fraud” in the 2020 election.
But apparently, this is not the only “fraud” taking place in Georgia.
