Jeffries defends Rashida Tlaib's indecent behavior during Netanyahu's speech

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI)'s disrespectful jokes during Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's speech were appalling to a member of Congress, but she has her defenders.

Speaking to reporters at the U.S. Capitol on Thursday, Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), the top Democrat in the House, had the back of the anti-Semitic member of the “Squad” after he displayed a sign disparaging the leader of the Jewish nation as a “war criminal” who is “guilty of genocide” during his speech.

“Rashida Tlaib is an elected member of Congress,” the House Minority Leader told reporters. “She has a responsibility to her district just like I have a responsibility to my district.”

It was the typical excuse coming from party leaders for the behavior routinely exhibited by the rabid, anti-Semitic progressive lawmakers known as the “Hamas Caucus” for the vitriol they have hurled at Israel, as well as acting as PR agents de facto by the terrorist organization.

Jeffries may be right that Tlaib has a responsibility to his constituents in the heavily Muslim Detroit suburb of Dearborn, but his district has become so notorious for being a hotbed of Jew-hatred and radical Islam that has baptized “The Jihad Capital of America” because of the strong current of support for terrorism.

During his speech, Netanyahu blasted Iran's “useful idiots” as a mob of Israel-hating thugs was brought in for the occasion, clashing with police and vandalizing statues with their hateful graffiti . To his credit, Tlaib didn't join the action in the streets, but he did his best to prove Bibi's point with his silly sign, and he was proud of it.

“Netanyahu is a war criminal who commits genocide against the Palestinian people. It is a shame that leaders of both parties have invited him to address Congress. He should be arrested and sent to the International Criminal Court,” he said. Tlaib said in a statement.

Jeffries has a history of being a Tlaib apologist, blaming his call for the genocide of Israeli Jews with his parroting of the Hamas slogan “from the river to the sea” last year on MAGA Republicans, a bogeyman often invoked by democrats

Commenting on Tlaib's inappropriate behavior, billionaire X owner Elon Musk noted that Jeffries' party really hates Jews.

“People who have been Democrats all their lives refuse to accept the stark reality that the Democratic Party is rapidly becoming overtly anti-Semitic. That trend is accelerating, not slowing down,” Musk said. “Knock, knock. Hello, Captain Obvious here!”

The Democratic Party has always prided itself on being a “big tent,” but now it's full of anti-Semites.
