He dropped the first Monday afternoon with a retweet from Fox News Los Angeles reporter Bill Melugin illustrating the explosion of Biden's border crisis numbers, specifically when it comes to “the non-detainee record of the ICE that blew up 7.4 million cases, more than doubling the Trump years.

“NEW: According to multiple federal sources, ICE's non-detainer backlog has risen to 7.4 million cases, more than double since the Trump years, and is on track to reach 8 million by the end of the year. Each ICE officer now has to handle an average of 7,000 cases each, an impossible task given the agency's current staffing levels.Currently, ICE has only about 6,000 deportation agents nationwide, and not all work on the non-detained record.
Non-detained record means that you are not detained by ICE. It consists of migrants who have crossed the border illegally and been released into the US with pending immigration cases/future court dates, as well as illegal immigrants who have already been deported by an immigration judge, but are still are in the country. .
The non-detainee registry has added more than 1 million cases since Oct. 1, largely due to mass catch-and-release policies.
Importantly, these numbers do not include the nearly 1.9 million registered escapees who have entered the U.S. during the Biden administration, as they have not had contact with DHS, but overworked ICE officers have also they are responsible for tracking down and eliminating this population.
