It is worth noting that expressing any desire to harm a US president is considered a federal crime.
One can only hope that this band member got caught up in the moment and didn't actually mean such a malicious statement.
Interestingly, Jack Black, known for his role as the voice of the Kung Fu Panda character in the DreamWorks Animation films, has recently shown his support on the other side of the political spectrum.
Last June, she spoke on stage at Joe Biden's Hollywood fundraiser, joining the ranks of liberal Hollywood icons like George Clooney and Julia Roberts.

There seems to be no shortage of theatrics in the entertainment industry, with celebrities such as Jack Black and his band Tenacious D making controversial comments on stage.
Time will tell if this incident causes any repercussions for the band or if it will simply take a back seat to the ongoing political drama in Hollywood.
It's also worth noting George Clooney called for Biden's resignation a few weeks after your fundraiser.
