Illegal immigrants in New York City stormed a Bloomingdale's in Manhattan and brazenly tried to take $5,300 worth of designer sunglasses from Versace, Dior and Prada.
All but one of them escaped, according to the NYPD, which issued a statement on Sunday.
“About 15 asylum seekers swarmed the high-end Midtown retailer shortly before 6:30 p.m. Saturday and grabbed more than a dozen pairs of expensive sunglasses before running, the sources”. New York Post reported
“A policeman alert to the store's payment details was able to catch one of the thieves while the rest fledaccording to sources,” the outlet noted.
This is simply great.

The only suspect who was arrested is 23-year-old Stiven Matos. He is charged with “larceny, criminal possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools and resisting arrest in the incident,” according to the New York Post.
The police could to recover one pair of Christian Dior sunglasses, 10 pairs of Versace sunglasses and two pairs of Prada sunglasses. It is unknown what, if anything, the mob got away with when they fled the store.
The city of Manhattan is flooded with illegal immigrants. Currently there are nearly 70,000. Not surprisingly, crime is a side effect of the flood of many who are already criminals.
About 162,000 illegal immigrants have been gifted to New York City's five boroughs since 2022 by conservatives from red-border states who decided to share in the invasion by transporting some of them, according to city officials. The number is increasing every day.

It's not just illegal aliens who are boldly defrauding businesses. This is part of a trend of gangs of thieves across the country hitting retail outlets in burglaries. So far, traders and the police have been unable to stop it and incidents are multiplying because no one is willing to use force to stop them. Illegal immigrants are learning by watching Americans that they can get away with theft and other crimes.
In an example of the lawlessness caused by progressive policies, more than a hundred people descended on it a California bakery last week. They destroyed the dining room before taking off.
