In Taylor County, Texas, an illegal alien named Roberto Javier Toruno-Cruz has been arrested by police and loaded with crimes of sexual assault on minors.
The allegations against Toruno-Cruz emerged in March when the mother of a 14-year-old girl found disturbing videos on her daughter's phone.

The videos reportedly showed Toruno-Cruz engaging in acts of sexual assault against the young woman.
Prompted by this discovery, the mother quickly reported the incident to law enforcement.
After an investigation by Taylor County officials, Toruno-Cruz was identified as the suspect seen in the incriminating videos.
In addition, the victim herself was interviewed and revealed that she had met Toruno-Cruz at a party earlier this year and had been the subject of his assaults, which she filmed.
The girl described multiple instances of abuse at the hands of Toruno-Cruz.
Roberto Javier Toruno-Cruz was subsequently arrested and booked into the Taylor County Jail, where he faces charges related to child sexual assault.
In addition, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) retain it has been put to him as part of the ongoing court proceedings.
