Illegal alien arrested for physical and sexual crimes against children in Texas [VIDEO]

The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) announced the capture of Fabian Martinez Toribio, a 25-year-old illegal alien from Mexico wanted in Travis County on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child and possession of a controlled substance controlled

Toribio was arrested July 31 by DPS Special Agents and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and is currently being held in the Williamson County Jail.

Martinez Toribio is the latest fugitive on Gov. Greg Abbott's “10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrant List.”

His arrest was made possible by the investigative efforts of DPS special agents assigned to his case.

Toribio has a criminal record that includes being arrested and convicted of trespassing in April 2018, which led to his removal from the United States.

Texas Department of Public Safety arrest details:

“Fabian MARTINEZ TORIBIO, a Texas 10 most wanted illegal immigrant from Mexico, was captured on July 31, 2024 in Round Rock, Texas. Based on investigative information, Special Agents from the DPS Division of Criminal Investigations, along with the US Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, located and arrested MARTINEZ TORIBIO. In April 2018, he was arrested and convicted of trespassing. subsequently, MARTINEZ TORIBIO was withdrawn from the United States. In October 2023, MARTINEZ TORIBIO was arrested by the Manor Police Department for resisting arrest/search and possession of a controlled substance and later bonded out of jail. On January 30, 2024, the Austin Police Department issued an arrest warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child. Also, on February 27, 2024, a warrant was issued out of Travis County for his arrest for possession of a controlled substance. MARTINEZ TORIBIOThe arrest was not the result of information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.

He was previously arrested by the Manor Police Department in October 2023 for resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.

In January 2024, the Austin Police Department issued a warrant for aggravated sexual assault of a child, and in February 2024, a warrant was issued out of Travis County for possession of a controlled substance.
