Fox News host Harris Faulkner blasted President Joe Biden's mental state after he agreed his predecessor was an “insurrectionist.”

Faulkner said he knows people over 100 years old “who have it together a lot longer than the president” as he reacted to Biden's comments during a panel discussion on “The Five” on Wednesday.

Biden told reporters he was “not going to comment on a court case,” referring to the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to bar former President Donald Trump's name from the state's 2024 ballot, saying it “depended of the courts” after he appeared to have done so. he struggles to collect his thoughts.

But after declaring, “That's all I have to say about that,” the president continued to fumble with reporters about whether he thought Trump was an insurrectionist.

“Well, I think that was obvious. You saw it all,” Biden replied. “Now if the 14th Amendment applies, I'll let the court make that decision. But he certainly supported an insurrection. There's no doubt about it. None. Zero. And he seems to be doubling down on everything.”

Faulkner blasted Biden for his comments.

“The first one says on the tarmac right then, 'Oh, this is an open case, I can't talk about it.' And then he walks over to make sure he's heard in front of a whole bank of microphones and says that the former president is insurrectionary,” the Fox News host said.

“I mean, we really should be questioning his acuity now. And please separate that from 81, because I know some 100-year-olds who have it together a lot longer than the president. He's under a lot of work stress. I understand,” he continued.

“But he handed them another gift to the right, should they take it? And that means you have an entire establishment president who has already decided a case that the president, Donald Trump, has not been impeached for formally. He has not been charged with the January 6, 2021 allegations,” Faulkner added. “So let's see how it shakes out.”
