HUGE update on the Q Anon Shaman case after Tucker releases bombshell video of Capitol police escort

New legal developments are being reported in the case of Jacob Chansley, aka the QAnon shaman, following a bombshell video that aired on Tucker Carlson Tonight on Monday.

Tucker Carlson aired never-before-seen video from Jan. 6 that showed Chansley being escorted through the Capitol building by police when he was in the building.

His lawyer revealed that there is more information about Chansley’s story and that he could be released from custody soon, he guarantees.

“My client, Jake Chansley, was a big part of Tucker’s first big video release tonight,” his attorney said on Twitter. “There is a story beyond the fact that the government had a video that Jake’s lawyer never looked at. Jake will be released soon.”

“He’s going to tell his story,” his lawyer continued. “But Jake has also agreed to help me raise money so I can get into cases for the J6 defendants before I can get into his. I’ve spent 20 hours or more on the phone with Jake.”

“He’s a very interesting young man and I’m really looking forward to meeting him in person,” she added. “It’s quite fortuitous that these videos come out at the same time that he could first address them himself.”

“This is the way I can help Jake: I’ve never asked him for a single dollar [sic] — and other J6 defendants,” he said while posting a GiveSendGo link. “Generous contributors are helping them.”

Tucker said Chansley had been described as a “dangerous conspiracy theorist dressed in extravagant costumes who led the violent insurgency to overthrow American democracy for these crimes.”

“Chansley was sentenced to almost four years in prison,” he added. “Much more time than many violent criminals are getting now.”

“What did Jacob Chanley do to receive this punishment?” it continued. “To this day, there is a dispute over how Chanley entered the Capitol building, but based on our review of internal surveillance video, it is abundantly clear what happened once he entered.”

“Virtually every moment of his time inside the Capitol was caught on tape. The tape shows that the Capitol Police never stopped Jacob Chansley. They helped him. They acted as his tour guides.”

“Here’s the video of Chanley on the Senate floor,” he continued. “Capitol Police officers take him to various entrances and even try to open closed doors for him. We counted at least nine officers who were within striking distance of an unarmed Jacob Chanley. None of them even tried to slow him down. Chanley understood that the Capitol Police were his allies. The video shows him giving thanks for them in a prayer on the Senate floor.”
