Harris campaign spokesman claims 'no tax on tips' example Harris 'proposes own agenda'

A spokesman for Vice President Kamala Harris' presidential campaign claimed Tuesday that the Democratic nominee was “proposing” policy proposals, citing a policy proposal originally made by former President Donald Trump.
