Guatemala's puppet president predicts Joe Biden's domestic plans

Joe Biden's criminal regime, which aspires to be totalitarian, has shown Guatemala what it would like to do at home in 2024. The regime has committed electoral fraud and installed its communist puppet as president: Bernardo Arévalo. The fraud included manipulated vote tabulation and intimidation of officials who favored free elections.

As responsible for Barack Obama, Joe Biden leveraged US money to take over Guatemala's justice system in 2016. US Ambassador Todd Robinson (2014-2017) was Biden's man on the ground.

Guatemala recovered its justice system in 2021 by appointing to the Constitutional Court (CC) magistrates not controlled by the US State Department (DOS). However, these magistrates have given in and allowed the fraud of the Biden regime. On January 14, in violation of the law, they ordered the inauguration of Arévalo as president.

The local non-profit association Liga Pro Patria has reported that staff from DOS's Office of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) under Robinson met with election authority (TSE) magistrates before the June 25 first round of voting.

After more than 1,000 complaints, the Attorney General's Office (PGO) investigated electoral fraud in 2023. DOS countered by falsely claiming that Attorney General Consuelo Porras had no authority in electoral matters and recruited influential people to pressure her to Dimitris The PGO continued and, on December 8 reportdocumented extensive electoral crimes.

For example, of the 25,000 membership forms required for the Semilla party—the vehicle to get Arévalo on the ballot—more than 8,000 were fraudulent. The TSE destroyed or lost 7,950 original registration sheets, representing more than 2 million votes, which by law had to be stored in sealed boxes. Of those the PGO found, the votes differed from the reported machine count. In addition, the metadata revealed votes cast before the polls closed.

DOS intimidation, included violence by surrogate NGOs—which the DOS called peaceful protests—increased as evidence of fraud became apparent. DOS beat Guatemalans into believing their lies and discarding their laws. If they were applied, they would have prevented the takeover of Arévalo.

Former US Ambassador to Germany and Acting Director of National Intelligence Rick Grenell visited Guatemala last week. he published to X that he had heard of “State Department officials asking people to support left-wing policies or else… It's un-American and may be illegal… What the team what Biden is doing to conservatives in the US is exactly what they are doing abroad…via the State Department's INL and WHA [Western Hemisphere] leadership”.

The League has been promoting the rule of law in Guatemala for 25 years. On January 9, the League presented a petition to the CC based on the PGO report to prevent Arévalo from taking over on January 14. The petition stated that the Semilla d'Arévalo party is, by law, null and void. Their 8,000 falsified membership forms did not comply with the law to register as a political party, so their candidate cannot legally be president.

The League also told the court that TSE magistrates conspired with Semilla members to commit electoral fraud. The TSE has not been functioning since four of its magistrates fled the country at the end of November. This left insufficient time for Congress and the courts, especially under DOS intimidation, to provide a functioning TSE to nullify the election.

The national auditors accused four of the five magistrates of the TSE for embezzlement. Congress, by a two-thirds majority (108 deputies), then lifted the immunity of the magistrates of the TSE and subjected them to investigation and prosecution.

DOS revoked the US visas of the 108 MPs and their wives. This reinforces the League's charge that the United States is running the election fraud.

The CC did not act according to the order of the League. Instead, the CC ordered Congress to swear in Arévalo. This consummated the election fraud of the Biden regime and condemned the judges of the CC to act as their predecessors: to execute the criminal agenda of DOS through illegal sentences.

A government born in criminality will protect its crimes and those of its puppeteer, the Biden regime. DOS now has the executive power it has been chasing since 2015. DOS will try to consolidate all power in the executive while maintaining the outward appearance of separation of powers.

The most daunting task of the Arévalo regime, for which there is no legal recourse, will be to remove Porras from office before his term ends in May 2026. Porras is the United States' best ally in the fight against human and narcotics trafficking. The Biden regime has shown that it wants these flows to continue.

A congresswoman claimed that the US embassy on January 14th threatened its members to support Semilla's congressional leadership list. This DOS intimidation means that Semilla, despite having a minority of less than 15 percent in Congress, now has legislative power.

The way to prevent Arévalo from consolidating dictatorial power would be congressional oversight of the criminals who run DOS today. Then the criminals could not manage the Arévalo regime. Grenell called for the DOS Inspector General to investigate and Senator Mike Lee he stated DOS “needs a thorough cleaning”.

Grenell and Lee's comments underscore the need for the House to investigate and expose both domestic and foreign government weaponry. Doing so would educate the public about the criminal nature of the Biden regime and the need to end the administrative state's abuse of power.
